Illegal immigrants worked next door to Tokyo Immigration Bureau

Two foreigners have been arrested for working without visas at a warehouse next door to the Tokyo Immigration Bureau:

Apparently the two Filipino workers had been told by their Japanese boss to be careful about going outside of the warehouse because of its proximity to the immigration office.

Oh boy, Filipinos going to Japan illegally in their desperation, and Japanese employers aware of their illegal status letting them work anyway. This is like what’s happening with Mexicans in the US.
