Unexploded WWII bombs in Japan

July 1st, 2008 by James

7:10 to Tokyo has posted a very interesting article about the experiences of Roy Kaiser, who served as an explosive ordnance disposal team member in Kanagawa from 1967-1970. Kaiser’s team specialized in the disposal of unexploded American bombs from World War II air raids, and the article has some photos and first-hand accounts of some missions he participated in.

Check it out: Part 1 / Part 2
