Reuters reports on Japanese warship visiting China

the dog part is really unnecessary haha but anyway it has only been months since tension cooled down between Japan and China so it really wasnt the right time to let a warship visit.

However the chinese are generally more forgiving people when it comes to these things as long as the Japanese stay humble, warm and friendly.

If this warship landed on Korea then I do not know what would happen. The koreans actually dislike japan more than the chinese.

This whole dog-meat issue is an amusing example of Western ethnocentrism. Westerners eat cows, pigs, fish, birds, and all sorts of game. In my opinion, the only Westerners who have the right to criticize are those who don’t eat any meat at all.

This reminds me of the movie “Pigs”, in a scene where a guy and a girl were having a date. The girl had boasted her vegetarianism, and the guy pointed out that she was eating fish. The girl said something like “They have to have faces. Fish don’t have faces, only profiles.”
