Reuters reports on an Ikemen Bank that displays images of handsome men when it is filled with coins:
Their report completely ignores a far cooler piggy bank: Takara Tomy’s BankQuest RPG bank.
According to Akihabara News/Impress Watch, putting coins into the BankQuest RPG bank will help owners advance their character in a mini roleplaying game. Every new coin increases the amount of gold pieces your character holds, allowing for the purchase of better swords and armor.
The BankQuest RPG piggy bank will hit stores on August 7th and cost about 3,990 yen.
