Crazy old man bites bureaucrat

Fuji TV turns a strange story into something utterly hilarious by including the following piece of original artwork in their news report about an old man biting a city hall bureaucrat:

The incident involved a 66-year-old man the locals call “guitar ojisan,” who usually hangs out and sings at Hanyu Station in Saitama Prefecture. On the 9th, Guitar Ojisan set up a tape player in front of Hanyu City Hall and was singing some songs. A city employee came out and asked Guitar Ojisan to stop his unauthorized performance and go somewhere else, something that Guitar Ojisan did not want to hear. He responded by biting the city employee on the chest, a bizarre assault for which he has been arrested.
