Benjamin Fulford

Benjamin Fulford, who has published a bunch of crackpot conspiracy theory books in Japanese and sometimes appears on Japanese TV, has uploaded a new video to YouTube in which he takes a break from ranting about freemasons, shadow governments, Jewish conspiracies, and 9/11 to claim that the U.S. military caused the Sichuan Earthquake:

A summary of what he says in the video:

A UFO plasma weapon is responsible for the recent earthquake in China. More specifically, it was the U.S. Military’s High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), which does fancy stuff to make earthquakes.
Last year’s earthquake in Niigata was caused by the plasma weapon. This was done as punishment to Japan for allowing Fulford to report the truth about the evil oligarchs.
The 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake was probably caused by HAARP to force Indonesia to cooperate with America’s war on terrorism.
The typhoon in Myanmar was also man-made, so that the U.S. could interrupt elections and rush lots of food aid to the people there.

As is typical with conspiracy theorists like Fulford, very little credible evidence is presented to support his outlandish claims.

Those four stories are really ridiculous. He must be crazy :

Incidentally, we all know the guy’s a liar and fraud (note that his wonderful “confrontation” video with Takenaka was silent) but the Niigata Chuestsu earthquake epicentre was actually 30km from the Kashiwazaki Nuclear Power Plant, in Kawaguchi-machi.

Didn’t Secretary of Defense William Cohen give an address before the a conference on terrorism entitled “Terrorism, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and U.S. Strategy” at the University of Georgia in Athens, GA on April 28, 1997 where he said the following words?

Doing some hunting around for that quote, I found this page by none other than David Icke, where he states:
“Nikola Tesla, who invented or discovered, radio, television, radar, neon light, alternating current, particle beams, among much else, was able to manipulate the weather in the early part of the 20th century. He was well known to police in Greenwich Village responding to complaints from terrified neighbours about the lightening bolts originating from the top of his building. The lightning bolts in many early horror films were produced with Tesla technology.”
Wow, so whenever I accidentally put a metal dish in the microwave and see electrical arcs, I’m manipulating the weather? Am I also manipulating the weather when I water my plants?

He also talked about the possibility of race specific bio-weapons.

I find his standpoint very interesting. He definitley knows more about the Yakuza than anyone who visits this page.

Why is everyone SO SURE that earthquake are not artificially generated? It’s 2008 guys, and the last time you really saw a great shift in technology was in the late 1960′s. Newer weapons are kept from the public view & awareness.

Think about it for a minute.

If it still sounds bad, go back to watching Fox & CNN and all the rest of those liars.

How do you know how much he knows about the yakuza, and why should that make him less likely to lie?

And come on – India joins with a couple of other countries and that slightly worries the US, so they send an earthquake (that misses much of it) and then to China and yet North Korea is left untouched?

I hope this guy is really just writing a book about how easy it is to gain supporters amongst the conspiracy nut crowd even when you make claims that are even more ridiculous than “normal”.

As for the “Plasma” earthquake generating beam, why call it “plasma”, isn’t “quantum” a better-sounding word? Or how about “Nano”?

HAARP is a real government program that is researching the possibility of controlling weather with radio waves. NOT CREATE EARTHQUAKES!

He is confusing the “plasma” weapon with government research in high energy lasers that can spark nuclear explosions without fissile materials as fuel.

Neither program has proven themselves to be cost effective or FUNCTIONAL!

My bloody God….. Where does it all end? Why must these people insist of takling info a manipulating it…. As one poster stated already that these technologies do exist in the form of of failed technologies which never had the intentions as stated by our pals in tinfoil hats. And Im sorry, GW, head of the Yakuza, that just made my day.

And a world wide Jewish conspiracy…. comon folks, after the Jews got back from Egypt, nothing bad ever happened to them again in history… You would think that for a people trying to take over the world they would have been able to stop all of those massacres and other acts of horrible violence which thinned out their numbers numerous times over history. what an idiot. first of all the HAARP is a proyect for the ionosphere which is the upermost part in the atmosphere, so how do you create an earthquake using the atmosphere. and second, us aliens do not need that silly human technology. for the great quen we travel in eggs from outerspace, we dont need “plasma” right guys
