Well its the passenger's fault anyway , hasnt he heard "please take care of your belongings at all time"? Italy is way worse. My cousin just asked an italian man to take a picture of him. Then the italian man said "1...2..."...the he ran off with the camera. Good thing this didnt happen to me in Tokyo funny how most countries view japan as a very safe country.
