this drill is not very realistic. thats the first opinion which pops into my mind. i wonder who they had in mind. north korean, chinese terrorists, sekigun ( red army ), uyoku, al qaida, hezbollah, tamil tigers. eta, aum or maybe just a random mentally unstable man. if people want to commit terror the most effective way is to become a suicide bomber as in sacrificing your life while taking as many people with you as possible. when thinkinf of suicide bombers many think muslim extremism yet up until the war in iraq tamil tigers carried out most suicide bombings which is a secular group with hindu roots. the next most effective is to blow something up.
