He should be surely hung in a sport stadium. I know people would be permissive for something like this in the west. Then you are talking about the sloppy society lacking such sensitivity. That’s why our country is so filthy and dirty. The people in my country sweep out all dirt and garbage out in the street from their home so that they can keep the inside neat and tidy.

I watched the original news report on TV the other day, and they kept addressing the issue as “vandalism”, and it really gave the impression that this was some sort of premeditated act, but here we see it’s just some crotchety drunken salaryman on his way back to the old ball and chain.
