What’s depressing is that I remember being there for the fifth anniversary….

I like ‘em. Not the rides, or the shows, or even necessarily the movies. But the attention to detail is truly wonderful. Disneyland redefined “amusement park” in the same way Walt redefined animation.

I really recommend Walt Disney World in that respect. It’s basically a gigantic work of art.
