Indeed. We men have nothing on cutting down the people around us compared to women – plus they’ll do it behind the other person’s back, while being all sweet and smiley to them face-to-face. At least if a guy thinks you’re a dick, he’ll either tell you straight out or make it clear enough so you can figure it out on your own!

This is not to comment on the clip itself, but I think it’s difficult for any Japanese comedian involved in slapstick to any degree to maintain their dignity. I would say that the focus on their body weight is a bit (pardon the expression) below the belt, but most of the comediennes that participated here have entire running gags about their unattractiveness. This goes for a number of male comedians as well (though to a lesser degree).

Not saying I approve or disapprove, but just wanted to point that out.
