what is that u-u-uwaawaa song from anyway? some sort of anime kids anime?

No, it’s just a Swedish song called ‘caramelldansen’ sung by Caramell. So nothing to do with anime. It’s just that it’s very popular on Youtube as a song on which animecharacters from various anime dance (the same dance as the guy above).
I’m soooo addicted to caramelldansen since yesterday…*dances too*
