		<description>...........there was a man in china who made dumplings from card board and sold them to his costumers no one could tell the difference.....people need money over there...its obvious they will do anything for it even if goods are bad......look at the America led paint toy scare.</description>

		<description>No matter where the poisoning took place, there were QC checks in place with &lt;b&gt;Japanese inspectors&lt;/b&gt; at the plant in China, and again more inspectors when the products were imported into Japan.  I don&#039;t know who actually poisoned the gyoza, but some of these QC inspectors need to be fired.</description>
