Now if this shopkeeper-funded association had similar admirable aims, I'd probably be supportive of them. However, judging by the video, they look like they are mean-spirited small-dicked bullies. If/when the local [i]yakuza[/i] park on the sidewalk, my guess is that they bow deeply and offer to shoo away the gawkers or polish the hubcaps.
