Mirage Captured on Film

ATV news broadcasted this video yesterday of a mirage one of its cameramen spotted off the Pacific coast of Chiba Prefecture:

Woah, thats pretty weird. I thought mirages couldn’t be captured on film, as they have something to do with the amount of water in your brain affecting your vision. I guess I was wrong. Unless this is Godzilla.
