She must have finished very tired, I do it at the faststes I can (slower than her) and I get tired.
According to wikipedia, “[..] the world record for 30 second speed is 188 jumps.”

Pete, i think it was last weekend, i saw the program but must have missed this segment.
She’s rotating it so fast, that it almost seems she’s not jumping rope at all. She has some incredibly quick jumping/springing power, and she probably has a very strong or flexible wrist.
That is amazing how much and fast she can jump great show.Thanks
