I don’t think the racist ppl in Japan are going to this easy to convert in to normal ppl. It takes time and frankly, judging by the anime, Jdrama and news, Japanese ppl like treating ppl like scum. At least the Japanese kids in my school do.

Good to see that someone is willing to introduce kids to the challenges Gaijin face in the process of assimilation.

If they only could have done this 50 years ago, maybe some Japanese wouldn’t be so Xenophobic.

Exactly. it’s sad that most people never do this though. I’m trying to live my life by this, but it’s hard when you have people ready to take advantage of your kindness.

That’s a good idea, we actually have regular sessions at work outlining the difference each culture face within business and that goes both ways, Japanese dealing with foreigners and vice versa. It’s been beneficial to have these sessions so we can both get a better idea of how each other behaves in a business environment.
