This is part of the the バカ集合 (Baka Shougo) set of pictures which is a collection of useless yet entertaining images I think taken from the 2ch boards.

There are tons of hilarious pictures (NSFW!) although a lot of it is kind of lowbrow. There are vegetables shaped like genitalia, random found images (0 yen shop!), celebrities making weird faces and um..guys pretending to have sex with 2-D images.

Just drop everything in the link after the .com/ for the main site.
