Correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t one of the major factors in Nova failing the fact that in June, they were forbidden from selling long-term contracts? Which means that if this story is true, then she bought the contract before June, which means that she took three lessons in five months. If that’s all she had “time” for, then I suspect the investment would not have been worth anything anyway. But heck, paying two million yen to Nova for lessons shows a rather stark lack of judgment anyway. The poor girl doesn’t seem to be pretending to be as ditzy as busty women are stereotyped as being.

Thats what I was thinking! Seriously though, if I knew my students were going to lose X amount of money and they had paid for lessons, I would still teach them. It would have to be like a setup time/day [like every Sunday], but I would still try my best to teach them all for maybe like one year. I know we wouldn’t have to, but I would do it anyways, why not.

Considerng Yuri-chan could probably make two million in just a couple of hours in front of a camera I doubt this is a major hardship.

I really wonder how the average Japanese person would be able to tell the difference between a stable and reliable school and a going-down-in-flames case like Nova, especially with Nova’s blanket advertising over the past few years.
