We had a guy like that working the register at Wendy’s – no matter what time of day, he would always jump when you ordered, spin around, and type with his hands behind his back. They even did a documentary on him.

Tokyu Department Store in Kichijoji has 3 of those guys…and they are all synchronised…as one guys stops traffic…another motions traffic forward and the other blows the whistle!

We had a cop who directed traffic like that back home. He was featured on the news. He became some sort of tourist attraction. Some people even waited on the sidewalks for his shift to start. It was really funny.
