Wrong Place, Wrong Time
Some news to remind you that next time you check into a hospital, you should ask for a room that hasn’t recently been occupied by any yakuza patients:
At around 7:40 a.m. on Thursday, Hiroshi Miyamoto, 34, a sheet metal worker, was shot in a private room at Shinoda Orthopedic Hospital in Takeo, investigators said. He died shortly afterwards.
A man of medium build was spotted fleeing the hospital following the incident and a white car was seen driving away from the hospital.

Noting that a man linked to a crime syndicate had reportedly previously occupied the room, investigators said they suspect that the gunman mistook Miyamoto for the gang-linked man.
