Food Scandal Map of Japan
Mr. Donut has become the latest in a string of Japanese food companies and restaurants that have become caught up in scandals over the sale of food containing expired ingredients. As this map shows, the scandals have effected companies from Kyushu to Hokkaido:
Will the increased media investigation of food problems lead companies to be more honest in their practices? Only time will tell.
