		<description>I&#039;m all for a good time, but I think you should never use public facilities that other people have to use for your antics. Not everyone has time to be in on your cute little joke. Also, if a bunch of JP people from Japan came to my country (U.S.) and took over a train I would &quot;help&quot; the police arrest them. These people in Tokyo may have been trying to have fun but they should have been stopped.</description>
