It's the fact that they dressed like this for a press conference and a meeting with government officials I find extremely inappropriate. They are attempting to do some good, but if you can't dress like you want to be taken seriously--especially in a country like Japan--people will be less likely to give a damn about what you are trying to do. But yeah, even if that girl was an exception, the people in that crowd do look like a bunch of beer guzzling frat house kids I'd often see back home.
