Bountiful Breast was a big waste of money, and herbal supplements are temporary water gain. So thank you pharmaceutical research scientists. Uncomfortable yes for about 3 out of the 6 months I took it. I made no changes to my already healthy diet and continued moderate excercise. There might be others so serious, I would talk to a doctor.
