A long term resident in Japan describes his his experience with working in Japan and problems getting employers to comply to labor and human rights laws. He describes the ins and outs of taking a Japanese employer to court, appealing the decision, and fighting it all the way to the Japan Supreme court.

Yes, it’s 5 Mb. I’ve tried downloading it several times, and it downloads completely. But when I open it, it says it’s 30 seconds long, and that’s all it plays.

Jon pointed out to me that the title of this article is somewhat innacurate. He is suing an American owned company in Japan. I think it still gives a good description of the legal process in Japan regardless of the nationality of the owner however.
