That guy appears on Bakusho Mondai’s Hikaru Oita’s If I were Prime Minister show and I do like his opinions there. Funnily enough, since you mention he’s a Christian, he does sound a bit like a soft-spoken English vicar, if you ignore the fact that he’s speaking in Japanese.

On one show they visited his office to give him a present of an F-22 Raptor plastic model kit.
