Update: Billy performed his “rap” song last night on Japanese TV. Here’s the video:
Let’s stand strong like the Tokyo Tower?

Original Post:
Billy Blanks, the man who is more popular than the iPhone over here, returned to Japan last week for yet another Billy’s Bootcamp promotional tour. The above video shows Billy and his daughter arriving at Narita airport, where they showed off for cameras and spoke of their love of Japan and sumo wrestling. Billy also mentioned what the Japanese media describes as his new “rap” album:

I don’t know about you guys, but when I see an album cover like that and a song titled BOOM BOOM WONDERLAND, rap music is the last thing that comes to my mind. A closer inspection of the official website of his new album reveals a little video that plays a few seconds of Billy’s music video, which I would describe as comically horrible [there is also an audio sample of the song here]. It would be safe to say that Billy has fully embraced his fad-like popularty in Japan…
[Anyone got a link to the full version of the music video? I would love to see it!]

… Ooh my god … *shivers* Why did I click play on that video??
And the characters look like SouthPark.
That was complete and utter garbage!
I’m not mad at Billy. Making paper over there. They’re dumb ebough to buy those ridiculously priced DVDs.
I saw the same DVD sets on a military base in Japan for $30. He’s selling them for over 10000 yen!
If you are Japanese and want some Bootcamp DVDs, look me up!
Torrent that shit!
