New Creepy Cat Robot Goes On Sale In Japan

Fuji Television’s Mezamashi TV did a report this morning on Sega Toys’ “Yume Neko Smile” [Dream Cat Smile], which hits stores across Japan today. Here’s the video [what's with the weird-bearded old guy?]:
This commercial for the robo cat also shows off its two main emotions ["meow" and "angry sound"] and amazing ability to tell when its tail is being pulled:

Hey!! maybe you can make a cat like Persian or Meoth those POKEMONS!! please if you make this send those toys to Peru i like the cat, but it’s simple… if you transform the cat to persian or meowth.. I think this corporation can win more money than before ^_^

The thing is that many Japanese find the cat robot neither creepy nor stupid. Actually they name it ” Dream Cat Smile “. This is remarkable characteristic.
