The Rubber Ball Man

August 10th, 2007 by James

This guy is absolutely amazing:

He got the idea for his rubber ball outfit after seeing an advertisement balloon floating in the sky. Since then, he has spent his free time bouncing around and stretching into bizarre shapes. If he ever gets in trouble, his wife is on hand to refill the ball with air!

Wow, that video was such a better representation of Japan, it’s people, and their style and customs then watching a silly gaijin girl dance around.

Just trying to broaden a few narrow minds.

I spent three years doing post-doc research at UT-IMCB and grew really really really tired of a small number of Japanese people that walked around with a major “holier than thou” attitude.

For a Country that has it’s fair share of major social/economical/governmental problems, you’d think they’d be a bit more open to change, since it’s obvious that continuing on with the status quo certainly isn’t working very well.

Isn’t stating that you are ‘trying to broaden a few narrow minds’ an example of a ‘major holier than thou attitude’?

Perhaps you should just worry about yourself. Generalizing an entire nation as not being open to change is pretty narrow minded in and of itself. With all that post-doc research you have I’d think you’d have known better than to boil things down to generalizations. If you don’t have any helpful suggestions to change things, don’t speak up.

K thx bi.

Here’s a helpful suggestion – since it wasn’t clear enough for you before. Stop encouraging your nation to be a bunch of narrow minded bigots.

Ooooook then captain. Whatever you say. Just what nation are you talking about? And from where abouts do you come sir/madam? Clearly, your years of post-doc research didn’t teach you how to make sense when conversing with others.

Encouraging my nation to be a bunch of narrow minded bigots.. Hmm.. I’d like to see where I was doing that. Is it because of the silly gaijin jokes? Or the silly little girl playing ‘Japanese sub-culture vulture’? Tell us how you really feel VS.

Hot as a saunaね〜

I can only hope my future wife, whomever that may be, will be as generous enough to follow me around with a leaf blower to fill my rubber suit with air. That’s what I like to call love.

Kirby! that’s who I was thinking of. thanks, Cyberstrike.

His wife must be just as strange to support him and even re-inflate it for him, but hey, it’s pretty hilarious.

Shouldn’t he be bouncing around with his wife (preferably in a bed)?
