Mysterious Toilet Money Map

An anonymous donor has been leaving wads of cash at government offices across Japan since September 2006, and this strange and mysterious case has been one of this week’s biggest new stories out of Japan. As this map shows, the toilet money incidents are not geographically concentrated in a single region of Japan, making it much harder to pinpoint the source of the cash.
