The premiere of the newest Harry Potter was held in Tokyo earlier this week, and Daniel Radcliffe was on hand to greet throngs of fans and sign autographs:

He didn’t make the rounds on the prime time comedy shows and morning talk shows, but Radcliffe did take a few moments to talk to cameras before signing fan autographs. The premiere was held at Roppongi Hills complex, and a magical beam of light was sent into Tokyo’s night sky to celebrate the event.

I was kind of disappointed in the lack of amusing hype about Harry Potter on TV. Maybe they’re waiting for the actual theater release day to get a little closer?
