Japan today: The owner of a pet shop in Saitama Prefecture has been charged with fondling and forcibly kissing an 18-year-old girl who was working part-time at his pet shop. The owner, a 70-year-old Mr. Kim, has justified his actions by saying that he was merely embracing and kissing her as if she was a grandchild:
