Two Japanese men in their 20′s have been arrested for illegally selling a female aphrodisiac over the net:

Police suspect the pair sold 2,454 bottles of products under such names as “Hime Agura” [JapanProbe note: this is meant to be a knock-off of the name "Viagra."] and “Hime Spot,” to 323 people in 42 of Japan’s 47 prefectures, raking in about 2.62 million yen. [about 21,000 US dollars]

Investigators said that the pair advertised four types of products on the Internet as “women’s-only aphrodisiacs” between February and March this year without the necessary approval from the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. The two have reportedly admitted to the allegations against them.

The two were quoted as telling police that they bought a chemical used in the products from a supplier in Kyoto. They mixed the same chemical with four types of colored water, and sold 2 ml bottles of the products for between 900 yen and 1,200 yen apiece.

Not suprisingly, a lot of people who bought their products complained that they had no effect.
