It was really expensive too. It was like over $100. He has the beginners set up to experts set. The first day went okay but the next day, I was unmotivated. I think it would be better if he and I exercise together because with all that shouting and high spirit he has, I would be sweating in no time. Anyway, his work-out video is no diff. than any other work-out videos. All it comes down to is the individual who wants to lose the weight. He is making so much money in Japan. Such a waste of money.
