I guess Mr Sapp doesn’t know about keeping his abdomen tight. He might need to practice his breathing as much as he does his punching.
I’m more of a Tenga guy, so I don’t know about fighting.
You never see the fighters gulping air like Bob.
I wish that he’d listen to his little voice and give up fighting. And he should adopt a much more comic demenor. I’d suggest something akin to the most famous stooge of all…..CURLEY.
Imagine this…Bob inherets alot of money from his dead aunt, but in order to get it he must spend a night in a haunted house. With some training he could do a masterful job. Or a remake of the Bloody Pit of Horror with Bob as the Crimson Executioner………..Think of it !!!

I can’t even understand what happened there. It looked like he got kicked in his upper leg once or twice and maybe once in his stomach. It looks more like he threw the fight more than anything. How can so little take him down so easily???

Aaah, sweet revenge. I practically cried when Sapp knocked out Akebono on New Year’s Eve 2003/2004.

Yeah, blame K-1 for putting a novice in there with a professional fighter.
He should be doing pro-wrestling not kickboxing.

Peter Aerts showed everybody why Sapp should never ever be in a K1 fight! A big shame for K1 the fight last saturday in Amsterdam . Sapp run away after 30 second crying like a child after hit once……..If K1 puts susch fighters in the ring , K1 will be history in a few years. Real fighters like Hoost, Jerome etc show respect in a fight . Sapp is only taking his money and running away!
