A lot of people reading his stuff get the wrong idea about Japan. But the audience for this article is Japanese people, and I think they'll get what he's saying. He gets frustrated, he gets annoyed, but he knows that it's just the same shit, different pile. I considered cutting him from the article. But even with his sailor's mouth, he's a great ambassador for us foreigners who live here and DON'T secretly hate it. Seriously, Moeko's Owl had my editor in tears. Turner, I’m totally with you.
