Classic Japanese Cartoon. Really classic.

Before the days of Osamu Tezuka, anime was a lot like the American standard. This video comes circa 1933. I was really impressed, one could say that even at this early, mimetic stage, they were taking the art and making it their own. The paralax animation in the background and some of the shots’ viewpoints are really impressive.
