Tomart, I think your overlooking the obvious. He touched her and not only made himself look like a complete tool, but the immitating thrusting action while holding her was TOTALLY unacceptable and I’m pretty sure that could be argued that it was against the law.

It’s not about crushing his testicals, its about how he really acted like an asshole for no reason and if she had hit him, she would have been totally justified.
