Kim Jong-Il’s Hands Course Like Sandpaper

May 22nd, 2007 by James

The Daily NK has posted an article that cites an interesting passage from a diary belonging to the secretary of former Japanese Prime MInister Junichiro:

He wrote about Prime Minister Koizumi’s reluctance to eat breakfast and lunch due to “strong feelings of pressure.” He also wrote anecdotes about former Prime Minister’s description of shaking hands with Kim Jong Il, “his hands felt coarse like sandpaper.”

“I don’t like sand. It’s coarse and rough and irritating and it gets everywhere.”
