Pro-eating news blog Eatfeats reports that the official website for Nathan’s 2007 Hot Dog Eating Competition has gone live at thenathansrematch.com:

Visitors to the site can participate in a contest to become one of the contest judges, although it really isn’t too clear what a judge would do aside from counting the number of hot dogs each contestant eats and making sure they don’t throw up. The website has also posted the official odds for each eater:

As expected, Japanese eating machine Takeru Kobayashi is favored to win yet another consecutive year.
