Oniazuma brings YouTube another amazing translation from a Japanese TV new program:

An Island in the Amunokan River. North Korea has permanently stationed troops and civilians in the island, which is supposed to be a no man’s land because the river is administered by both China & North Korea.

A Chinese Man approaches the never before filmed island and finds North Koreans living in plastic tents in the below freezing temperature.

Murders between Chinese and North Koreans happen along the border. The film crew investigated a recent murder that the CCP did not broadcast, but is known by locals through word-of-mouth.

Although North Korea and China are supposedly friendly with one another, the locals share a different view of each other.
