Wow ponta, nice work. I was about to edit the post and include a mention of what Random Korean posted, but I guess I won’t know. If NTV actually makes a public statement or changes what they’re telling people, I will edit the post to include the new stance.

I inquired into NTV and phoned NTV right now, and asked if there is a fact that NTV apologized to SBS.
The answer….There IS NO SUCH A FACT.
She answered NTV is negotiating with SBS regarding legal right.

So your information turned out to be wrong.

Korea do have originality but some of their stuffs (fashion, music, entertainment, movies, food, etc) tends to rip off from Japan and U.S the most.

LOL Nothing new here, really. Korea has been ripping stuff off from Japan and other countries for a long time. In most cases, they don’t even bother to change the packaging it’s funny.

I’m watching it right now, and unlike the Korean show in question, it appears to give credit to the sources of the TV programs, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it pays for the rights to show clips. It’s a totally different situation from the video in this post.

There is a show on THIS SECOND called World Great TV. The entire show is showing clips from TV shows around the world and also clips from other Japanese TV programs with the bugs and text blurred out and new text covering it.

The only difference between Korean TV and the Japanese shows they steal from is the lack of bikinis in the Korean versions. It happens constantly.
