To Catch A Panty Thief (Video)
A junior high school teacher was arrested today in Yamagata Prefecture after he was caught on tape stealing underwear a woman had hung out to dry. It turns out he had really pissed off a certain woman by stealing her newly-purchased bathing suit she had put outside to dry a month earlier, so she decided to set up a hidden camera and set up trap to catch the man responsible. As the video shows, her trap worked out perfectly!
