Not uncommon. They sing songs at the Cold Stones in the states too.

But in the US they only sing when tipped. Do they accept tips in Roppongi? Or is the singing unprovoked? Either way, I am creeped out by this video.

They just spontaneously break into song without any identifiable cue. I saw of them flaring and stuff in the ’states but never singing . For some reason I think that would be even scarier….any video?

Yeah, I remember that quite well from my excursion in Roppongi. Great ice cream though; that place in Roppongi Hills is really popular.

I don’t see how this is any creepier than coldstones in the states.
