People finding money falling from the sky, groundskeepers finding bags full of money while cleaning the grounds (another related story a little while ago). The kicker; the money gets turned over to the police?! Don't think you can find any other place that has that many honest people (not being sarcastic either). May send the wrong kind of message though. People outside of Japan might think that they can find (literaly) wads of cash lying on the street corners in Japan. What a great country!
