I’m thinking it’s probably an act like Yuko Ogura’s second personality, but if it’s real you sure have a point.

I agree with both comments, but she can speak korean, and thats something!

To be honest James, I don’t think she looked very young at all. I surprised too because since you’ve been here in JP for so long you should know that if they look 20, they’re really 30. If they look 18 they are usually much younger.

Anyways, I didn’t find particularly interesting myself as I’m not much a fan of the bubble head swingsuit girl thing but I can see why guys would like it.

I was just surprised because I thought she looked far older, not younger then 21.

Ah, I know her in real life.

JB, do not take what was written as an insult. She was able to act very well, and tricked the writer of this blog into really thinking that is her real personality.

Whether things doesn’t affect you in one way or another though, is not the point.
Don’t mistaken this simple point.
So you want to advocate that there are many annoying videos in YouTube.
Everybody agree with it.
Just don’t click the “play” botton boy.
The point is that JB pointed the writer’s grievous indiscretions about judging people by their appearances alone.

In another video sharing site I saw this girl, Moriyama Kana, shows her solo travel to London, Dobai, Korea, Paris and America.
She introduced over 100 art objects and paintings in Louvre Museum.
She Also shows the live camera of the World Baseball Classic game in America.
Recently I saw her in another Internet TV show where she gives an explanation regarding her favorite movie, Amadeus.
I think she has got a lot more energy than the average person and she is much clever than average college student.
I saw this video and I think that she can even show a spirit of service, since her fan may love this piece.
I think this is cute.
So I want to ask to the writers of this blog.
What is your point?
Do you think you know more about the world than her?
Or you also want to advocate that there are many annoying videos in YouTube?

Yes, my very thin veneer of understanding regarding Japanese culture. First of all, we’re talking about a Gravure Model here. Maybe a fraction of a percent of these girls make any kind of significant social impact on Japanese society (that would be after they become famous and move on to the oh-so-important role of “talent”), and I think I can safely wager a flat zero percent make any “cultural” difference outside of Japan.
Second, anybody who speaks Japanese understands that there is NOBODY who actually talks like that. It simply doesn’t exist. It’s an act, plain and simple. I came to Japan over 9 years ago, my family history in Japan stretches back to before World War II, and nobody I or anybody in my family has ever come across actually behaves or acts like that with the exception of children. In the same way I would shudder if I saw an FHM model talk about “kissing an owie” I shudder when I see this exploitation of pedophilia tendencies.
At this point some asshole will probably jump in and say “but you don’t understand Cute Culture.” Well I say fuck cute culture. It’s a curtain which barely hides the fact that women have to become cartoon characters in order to compensate for their increasingly effeminate men. Anybody who spends more than 30 seconds in Harajuku, Shibuya, Nanba, or any other similar place would quickly realize it’s problematic at best. But I’m sure you’d rather get your picture taken with the girls there so you can go home and hug your full-sized Dead or Alive pillows while remembering how “moe” it was.
