Hiroshima-based pervert steals over 4400 pieces of women’s underwear (Video)

You may have heard about the Japanese construction worker who was arrested in Hiroshima on Tuesday for the crime of underwear theft. When police searched the man’s apartment, they found over 4,400 pieces of women’s underwear. Here’s a video news report on this heinous crime:
