No, but you should ask that question to Koreans since they seem to be experts at chopping off their fingers everytime they find out that someone criticizes Korea’s wrongdoings.

Counting down until the next Korean troll poser comes and replies with the message that that Korea should never be criticized because they are incapable of any wrong doing. The reason being that other countries have wronged Korea in the past so that basically excuses and permits Koreans to act as racist and offensively as it wants. Rules of decorum do not apply to Korea, nor does Korea need to provide any evidence or fact whenever it wants something. All Koreans need to do is scream and yell because they deserve anything they desire. Koreans do not have to abide by rules.

Maybe he’s referring to the somewhat common perception (at least to people who care at all) that these “extreme right wingers” are actually primarily Korean Japanese who are taking the approach to make people with conservative opinions look bad in the public eye by pretending to be of the extreme right and doing obnoxious right-wing acts in front of crowds.

I myself don’t know if this is true.
It’s been cited as supporting evidence of this claim, that these people always seem to forget to mention the Takeshima/Dokdo issue while blasting away their music and propaganda. But in this video, the finger chopping man says he did it in protest of the very issue.

Anyways, bringing that aspect up without explaining … or even with explaining still seems like trolling to me.

Did he really say “Japan should rule the world”? It sounded to me like 中心立国 which is a rather obscure phrase that seems to mean something more like “one of the central [possibly the central] nation[s] of the earth – at any rate it doesn’t appear to have the same connotations as the “rule the world” translation does in English.
