Polling Japanese Students #13: What is your favorite place in Japan?
Welcome to the the 13th installment of Polling Japanese Students, the series of posts in which I post the results of surveys I gave to Japanese junior high school students. This time I decided to ask second year junior high school students to name their favorite place in Japan. Here are the results:
As you can see, the kids loved Tokyo Disney Land. Their hometown, located in semi-rural Saitama prefecture, was also a popular choice. Other students gave a wide variety of answers, including one kid who liked his juku (cram school) the best. I feel sorry for that kid…
As always, I am looking for new questions to ask the kids and I am open to your suggestions. Please post some in the comments!
